We are looking for a highly experienced individual to perform the role of Engineering Works Manager.

We require a Works Manager to take care of planning production, managing 10 highly skilled and semi-skilled operators and ensuring exceptional supplier / customer communications, to achieve within budget, on time, quality deliveries. 

A healthy knowledge of milling, turning, external and internal grinding is essential, together with having mastered the skill of people management to bring out the best in the team.
